Some tips on how not to eat!

  • While making biriyani, do not add curd or milk! It may create skin problems.
  • It is a wrong notion that taking cool drink immediately after eating biriyani will help quick digestion!
  • On the other hand, it is recommended to to take ginger tea after eating biriyani.
  • It is also better to avoid mixing/adding with sour food items!
  • Do not mix ice-cream with citrus fruits!
  • Avoid making milkshakes with pomegranates, lemon, sweet lime, and watermelon as this also is a mixing of milk with sour things!
  • People with strong and healthy digestive systems can take milkshakes with apple or banana.
  • There is a popular trend of toasting bread by dipping it in milk and spreading egg and then toasting, adding vegetable to be served for eating. This will create stomach problems.
  • While boiling pulses, add a pinch of turmeric, sesame oil, hand-crushed fenugreek seeds, and garlic.
  • Do not take agathi keerai after consuming alcohol!
  • When two opposite action inducing food is taken, there is a chemical transformation happening in our body.
  • Highly recommended ‘general diet’ may not be suited to everyone.
