Survey claims Too much sleep can cause problems

A recent study of research in America has brought out a verdict that too much of sleep can actually bring several problems. It has been reported by the survey researchers that people who are found to be sleeping more than 10 hours a day are prone to lots of health issues, especially with the factors involving depression and stress that actually leads to several problems like diseases, heart disease and of course consequently, the increased risk of death...

Especially for the women who sleep more than nine hours have the chances of possessing impotency. It has been reported that out of 50%, who are sleeping more than 9 hours are having sleep are prone to lesser lifespan. It has been clearly stated that the ones having an adequate sleep of 7-8 hours are leading a peaceful and happy life.

Excessive sleep is indeed one of the reasons for instant ageing , diabetic, BP, stress oriented diseases as well.
