If by any chance you miss your Android phone, it will now be able to find it out with the help of search engine giant Google. Go turn on your computer and seek help from Google. Type in Google as ‘Find my phone’ and you will get an approximate location of the phone, according to a recent post by Google.
If you have searched all around your home and still end up without finding your phone, you can get help from Google. This requires the user to have the latest Google App installed in the device. The Android Device Manager will allow the user to dial to the device with which it can be located. If the ring option is on, the phone will keep ringing for five minutes. It is also important to ensure that the location service is turned on – only then will the Google service be able to find the location of your phone.
Additionally, this service can be used for erasing off the data from your phone in case of any theft. It is also to be noted that you already have other applications that can help you erase data from your phone.
