Here comes a mobile app to register railway complaints

Suresh Prabhu, the Railway Minister of India initiated the service of online complaint booking by train passengers.
The website http://www.coms.indianrailways.gov.in/criscm/cmsHome.html will pave way for the general public to file their complaints about their concerns with railway services, and of course, their suggestions as well. An android application is also created for the same. People can get access to it by downloading it from Google PlayStore.
Speaking during the inauguration of the service, Suresh Prabhu said there are over 3 crore passengers travelling in about 10,000 trains. Not even a single complaint out of these should be kept pending. As a move to comfort passengers in filing complaints, this online service is kick-started. In addition to registering complaints, public can make use of it to share their views, comments or opinion about the ways in which the railway department can grow and get better.
