Application forms for cooking LPG gas subsidy under distribution!

The application forms for joining the central government’s direct cooking gas subsidy scheme are being distributed.
The forms are available at the Gas Agencies for distribution from yesterday.
The consumer should have Aadhar card and savings account in a bank.
Savings account in a nationalised bank is compulsory to get the central government subsidy.
2 forms are to be filled up: the 1st form should be submitted to the bank. The 2nd form should be submitted to the gas agency.
The consumers without Aadhar cards will have to get the forms 3 & 4. The 17-digit number given by the gas agency has to be filled in these forms – 2nd form should be given to the bank and the 4th form to the gas agency.
This procedure has to be completed between January & March. The consumer will get an advance subsidy payment on 1st January for Rs. 568/- and then subsequent subsidy payments for the next months of purchase.
Consumer must join this scheme before June.
Failing this, the subsidy will be stopped from July.
For those joining only in July, the subsidy from the previous months will not be paid.
