Smartphone, XonPhone 5 launched

Oplus Technologies today launched its Smartphone, XonPhone 5, for the Indian market, priced at Rs 7,999. The company, a subsidiary of Oplus Taiwan, has launched the handset exclusively on the homegrown online marketplace Snapdeal.
Powered with a MediaTek 6582 Quad core 1.3 GHz Cortex A7 processor, XonPhone 5 sports a 5-inch capacitive multi-touch screen, 1 GB RAM, 8 megapixel rear camera with LED Flash and a 2 MP Front Camera. It is powered by a 2,000 mAh battery.
The smartphone runs on Android’s latest Kit Kat operating system and has an internal memory of 16 GB. It has also has a micro SD card slot for up to 32 GB capacity.
