an Indian businessman and a billionaire. In 2007, Shashi and
his brother Ravi were ranked as the 86th richest
billionaires in the World. Ravi Ruia is the Vice Chairman of
Essar Group. He has played an important role in steering the
Essar Group to its pre-eminent position.
